PaediaStory is an adaptive, conversational pre-appointment history for paediatric care. It is not a form and it is not a diagnostic tool. A deterministic question engine walks a versioned clinical library, remembering everything the family has said, and asking only what is relevant for this child, this age, and this concern.

The paediatrician receives a briefing: at a glance, a detailed history, a timeline, what changed, and the family’s own words. Every statement can be traced back to the original answer.

An optional language layer may one day help rephrase a narrative summary. It will never choose the next question, invent clinical content, or decide whether something is urgent.
