If paying would be difficult, tell your clinic
Your clinic can cover PaediaStory for your family, for any reason at all — hardship, bulk billing, or simply because it’s the right thing to do. No form, no means test. Ask at reception and they’ll sort it out.
What happens if we stop subscribing?
Nothing you’ve already shared is taken away. Your child’s story book and every questionnaire you’ve finished stay yours to read. You just can’t start a new questionnaire until you subscribe again.
Why a year rather than a month?
Most families use PaediaStory a few times a year, around appointments. A year works out cheaper than twelve months, and you can still pay monthly if that suits you better.
Does the paediatrician need us to pay?
Clinicians always see the full briefing and clinical history for anything you’ve shared. If cost is in the way, the clinic can cover you rather than go without it.
How do we pay?
Securely by card in PaediaStory, through Stripe. The clinic never handles your payment details.
Can we cancel?
Any time, from your own account. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
What about more than one child?
One subscription covers your family. Each child after the first adds $40 a year.
